In case of receiving the wrong product or a damaged product, we shall take the responsibility to fix it. We cover return shipping on all domestic addresses within India, so you wouldn’t have to pay for any other shipping costs. However, such action is limited to replacement only and only if the item sold is received in a damaged condition. International shipments do not fall under this category as importing goods back to the country is very intricate and involves many procedures and regulations.

For refunds, we will process them as fast as we can. On average, and at times when demand gets exceptionally busy, refunds are issued within four weeks from the time you return the product. Such time frame includes

We provide shipping to almost anywhere in the world including India, provided other domestic shipping requirements are met. There are, however, some items that cannot be shipped across international borders for legal restrictions or other licensing requirements, but since our products are natural and made using natural ingredients, they usually have fewer restrictions. However, depending on your country, it is possible that import tax, customs duties, or other types of fees are required and if such are imposed, the recipient has to pay them. It’s important to mention that taxes and duties differ from one state to the other, so it is not possible to give an estimate. For recipients in India, we suggest contacting a customs or a courier office to clarify the import specifications that must be met including licenses or permits. In the order, we will include estimated shipping options and an approximate date for delivery which will depend on the shipping methods that are available for your country. Please understand that the timelines might vary depending on your choice of shipping provider. The cost for shipping is based on the weight of the product to be shipped. The weight of the product is determined and shown on the product page, but in order to comply with the policies of our shipping partners, available weights are rounded up to the next whole kg.
Most orders are shipped out through reputable companies such as FedEx, UPS, or India Post and will take 3 to 7 working days for the order to reach its intended address. Do keep in mind that some carriers do not ship to a P.O. Box so please provide a physical address instead.
